Black Dog Smoke & Ale House, Champaign-Urbana’s finest barbecue. Black Dog opened in downtown Urbana in February 2009 and in September 2015 in the old train depot in downtown Champaign. With their custom made smokers they cook some of the best barbecue in town.

Hendrick House is well-known for its great food all over campus and around the Champaign-Urbana area. They have been feeding students in privately owned residence halls, fraternities and sororities on the UIUC campus, along with private catering clients, for over 25 years.
