It is a mild and tastey, linked pork sausage in a natural hog casing. Named in honor of nostro padrem (our father), Bernie Carano, maestro di salsicce (sausage master) and proprietario di Piemonte Market. Grilled with sweet peppers and onions, it is a great accompaniment to any meal. (Four links in a one pound, vacuum sealed package.)
