Luganeca Monza is a mild, natural pork sausage in a traditional small hog casing made with grated Parmesan cheese, marsala wine, herbs and spices. Luganeca is a style of sausage traditionally made using a smaller diameter of hog casing and historically was sold al metro (by the meter) in a coil.
