Canalupo is a unique, robust pork sausage with a hint of heat and citrus. Cantalupo is the Northern Italian village where our grandmother lived. It is hand-crafted using all natural pork, herbs, and spices creating a full flavored sausage named after the region of Italy near the town of Cantalupo (song of the wolf) . We think you’ll want to “sing like a wolf” when you taste this sausage.
