Piemonte Fiocco is hand-crafted using the all natural boneless, small muscle from the hind pork leg. It is dry cured and hand rubbed with savory herbs and spices. It is a delicious, lean addition to a cheese and Salumi tray. Thin sliced Fiocco pairs nicely with a flavorful cheese such as Asiago.
